I’m Coach Kristin, a Nashville women's personal trainer and strength coach who helps women get strong, age well, have more energy, and learn to eat in a way that fits their lives.

• Energy, resilience, and long-term health

• Science based coaching

I believe that when a woman is strong, it is more than a "look".

Strength is independence. Strength is long-term health. And strength is your daily reminder of what a capable badass you are, in and out of the gym.
