You've been told that getting fit means cutting carbs, logging every calorie, and grinding through cardio until you've "earned" your body.
Many trainers still sell that worn out story. 🙄
The truth? It makes women miserable. And all it does is push patriarchal narratives that, frankly, women are done subscribing to.
One woman I spoke with, Melissa, said it perfectly: "If I have to completely give up bread, pasta, all that, forget it. I'll do it for two weeks, then I'll be pissed and binge on everything I didn't get to have."
That's not failure. That's a completely sane response to a broken system.
Here's what really works...
We lift heavy. We eat enough (yes, including the pizza). We build a body that carries all the groceries in one trip, chases kids and pets without pain, and still hikes and travels at 80.
We don't chase smaller. We build stronger.
Because you will never regret being strong, but the day might come when you wish you were.

In-person training is for you if you want someone right there with you saying, "here's what to do, here's why, and here's how to do it right." If you want real-time feedback on your form, in-person training is the play. And let's be real... It's a lot harder to skip a workout when someone is expecting you to show up!


I describe my training as "semi-private" because you will share your training hour with 1-2 other strong women. You each will have your own personalized program in our app designed for your body, your goals, and your experience level but you will all do it together.
Basically, you get built in gym buddies!
I am there to help, support, check form, give you a spot for safety, identify mobility limitations, and... ya know... coach you!
We have a strong emphasis on community and supporting each other both in and out of the gym. That includes cheering on your latest gym personal record and taking you out to dinner to celebrate your new job!
We try to plan monthly get-togethers outside of our gym time and host yearly events like Friendsgiving or Galentine's Day where our families can join in the fun too!
Workouts are WAY more fun with friends and showing up becomes much easier when you know there are people in the gym looking for you!


When you join the Girl Gang, you get a recurring 60 minute spot on my calendar at a time that works with your schedule.
You will pay in bi-weekly billing periods (every other week) for the plan that you select.
We train out of the gym inside Nashville MMA at 1504 Elm Hill Pike.
*Women's Powerlifting sport specific training is also available.
