I've done it all. The detoxes, the apple cider vinegar shots, I was even vegetarian for about a day and a half. No surprise that none of that solved my problem. But do you want to know what did? Learning how to properly lift weights and tracking my nutrition with a heavy emphasis on protein, and loving my body for all of the rad shit it does for me. Now, I have made it my goal to teach women how to do the same. Stop starting over, start doing it right.
